Born on January 9, 1966, I spent my initial days at Rourkela, Odisha. Youngest in all the 3 siblings, I used to be adored a lot by my parents Smt. Mukta Ben Parmar & Sri Mohan Bhai Parmar. Leaving their business of borewell diggers & bridge contractors behind, my parents migrated from Rourkela to Raipur after some years of my birth. I had my school education from Holy Cross Senior Secondary School, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. After completing my senior secondary education I got admitted to Government Science College, Raipur. In the second year of my college, I dropped out and joined the family business of kitchen utensils named ‘Bhawna Steel Home’. This was undeniably a turning point of my life as I started pursuing my interest i.e. business. I got married in 1989 with Pragya Parmar and blessed with a son named Darpan in 1990. The year 1997 came with a lot of happenings and surprises as I started the state’s biggest and foremost event management company for commercial exhibitions named Vividh in that year. Moreover, I was blessed with a daughter named Kripa and started steel fabrication of kitchen wire baskets and railings in the same year. Additionally, Mr. Hemant Parmar joined as a partner in the business of utensils in 1997 and laid the foundation of Concept Kitchen in 1998.
